It's time to find a cure
There is currently no early detection test for ovarian cancer. As a result, around 70% of women are diagnosed in the advanced stages where only 29% are expected to live beyond five years. Even if treatment succeeds in removing the cancer, there is an 80% chance of remission.
Research makes a huge difference
Chronic underfunding of ovarian cancer research has resulted in a very low survival rate (49%) compared to other cancers like breast cancer (92%) and prostate cancer (96%) which have benefited from a high level of awareness and funding.

Having been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer myself late 2024, all social media feeds are now flooded with ads to do with Cancer - good and annoying!! BUT . . .
The ad popped up for these socks, I have seen other sock companies that also donate, but I don’t think my husband or son would like to wear pink or purple
socks with lady parts on them - yes they spark conversation but these ones are classy, lovely colour and proceeds go to Ovarian Cancer Research.
I purchased a box for both my son and my husband. My daughter in law immediately claimed the striped ones !! 🤣

Whilst the socks are great quality, they are too big for most women. The photo advertising promotes them as women's socks but the size 10-13 is more for men. A great idea though. Maybe have 2 sets, one for women and one for men.
